Return & Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Policy:

• All returns must be within 14 Days after customer receives the item
• All return and exchange need to file through our RMS - Return Requests System under "MY ACCOUNT" area
• The return item need to be packed and returned as original shipping and packing condition with original invoice/packing list attached.
• The item/items can not be washed or any different from original condition
• Customer is responsible for all the shipping cost that applied to either Exchange or Return situation. The shipping cost with the original purchase is non-refundable.
• Refund will be given as money back through the PayPal or our company check once the returned item is received and checked to satisfy the original condition.
